As an OD practitioner I bring my authentic self to organizations. While I am goal oriented, I work collaboratively with teams to achieve great results. I seek to be transparent with my vision and communication. As a leader, I act with integrity and expect my teams to do so as well.

I am passionate about building collaborative and high performing teams. I believe in holding myself, my teams, and organizations accountable for delivering ethical and sustainable solutions. I believe organizations should be responsible for enriching the lives of their employees and the communities in which they operate.
